Kroger promotes Massa in HR

Kroger Co. on Wednesday said it would promote Timothy Massa to group VP of HR and labor relations.

Massa, 47, is currently VP of corporate HR, talent development. In his expanded role, he will take responsibility for labor relations when Paul Heldman, EVP, secretary and general counsel, retires in May, Kroger said.

Massa joined Kroger in 2010 in his current role. Prior to joining the company, he served in various HR leadership roles for 21 years at Procter & Gamble.
