MINNEAPOLIS — Nash Finch Co. here said it has hired its first in-store nutritionist, Mary Jo Brunner, who will work in the company's new Family Fresh Market store in Hudson, Wis. Her responsibilities include offering guidance on nutrition and meal solutions, delivering health-education programs and facilitating health events. In addition, she will be involved in offering support to additional Family Fresh Markets as Nash Finch rolls them out and will oversee any additional nutritionists that are added, a company spokesman told SN. Before joining Nash Finch, Brunner had been with the Mayo Health System.
