SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets said Thursday that it has promoted four company veterans to director roles.

Mike Cormier was named director, Center Store, focusing on direct store delivery (DSD). He most recently had been director of category management, Center Store, grocery DSD. Paul Gillis was named director, Center Store, focusing on grocery food merchandising. He most recently had been director of category management, Center Store, grocery food.

Thomas Tomaselli was named director of sales planning, responsible for ad coordination in all categories, including perishables. He most recently had been sales manager.

Michael DeSimone was named director, Center Store, focusing on general merchandise and nonfoods. He most recently had been manager of general merchandise sales.

All four report to Angelo Cannistraci, group vice president, Center Store, pharmacy and senior merchandising coordinator.
