Louis Stinebaugh

Stinebaugh most recently was division manager in Omaha for Minneapolis, Minn.-based Nash Finch Co., and he previously had been president and chief operating officer at Fresh Brands Distributing, the Piggly Wiggly operator in Sheboygan, Wis. He also held various leadership positions with Baker's Supermarkets, Omaha, from 1987 to 1999, and later was vice president of merchandising and division president with the former wholesaler Fleming Cos.

At Bag 'N Save, Stinebaugh succeeds Jack Shrago, former president and owner, who has retired. Stinebaugh will report to Leon Shrago — Jack's younger brother — who is now chairman and owner.

"We are delighted to have someone of Louis' caliber join the Bag 'N Save team. We look forward to his leadership and contributions to our growth strategy and providing value to our customers," said Leon Shrago, in a prepared statement.

Bag 'N Save has 11 stores in the Omaha metro area and one store in York, Neb.
