Walgreens has named Monica Reed as its new vice president of Walgreens Health Centers strategy and operations.

Reed will oversee Walgreens Health Corners. Walgreens Health Corners are dedicated in-store spaces where licensed clinicians can provide health services, including managing chronic conditions, to patients. 

Reed’s former position was senior vice president of clinical operations for CareCentrix, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Walgreens Boots Alliance. She led clinical operations from home and post-acute services, and also provided product design and sales support.
