BETHESDA, Md. — Balducci’s, a chain of upscale food stores based here, last week introduced a new loyalty program called Balducci’s Rewards. Customers who spend $250 using the new Rewards card receive a certificate for $10 off future purchases. Eventually, the cards will also allow shoppers to receive discounts on certain items, the company said in promotional materials given out at the stores.
