Bi-Lo Names New Coffee Partner

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Bi-Lo here on Thursday said that it had reached an agreement with Liquid Highway to operate gourmet coffee shops in its stores.

Liquid Highway, a specialty coffee company also based here, will replace J.J. Poloi’s Coffee Shop in participating locations, beginning with a location in Simpsonville, S.C. Five other store locations will house Liquid Highway shops in coming months. J.J. Poloi had been Bi-Lo’s exclusive café operator since 2006.
