JESSUP, Md. — Giant of Landover is seeking to lease or sell its former dry-goods warehouse here.

The 760,000-square-foot distribution center, built in 1973, is the largest available warehouse in Maryland, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which is marketing the property.

Giant, a division of Quincy, Mass.-based Ahold USA, transferred operations of the center to wholesaler C&S Wholesale Grocers in 2010, and C&S subsequently consolidated the business at a Pennsylvania facility.
