LEBANON, Ohio — Independent operators Bill and Paul Price have taken over ownership of a Save-A-Lot store here, the owners said Monday.

The Price brothers also own Save-A-Lot stores in Middletown and Franklin, Ohio, and Bill Price owns a Save-A-Lot in Fairborn, Ohio and an IGA Brookville, Ohio.

“We are excited to take over the Lebanon Store; we have a lot of quality changes coming to provide a great shopping experience for our customers. These changes will include new lower pricing, improved meat and produce,” Bill Price said in a statement. “I am in the stores every week listening to my customers and my team members. We react to our customers instantly with no big company bureaucracy to go through.”

The company said all employees would be retained.
