CINCINNATI - Kroger Co. here said it has reached a new credit agreement with a group of banks. The new agreement replaces Kroger's existing credit facilities and consolidates them into one five-year facility, and, according to Kroger, "make[s] improvements to its pricing grid as well as other favorable modifications." In a government filing, Kroger said it would use the facility for general corporate purposes.
