Merchandising EVP Leaves A&P

MONTVALE, N.J. — Tom O’Boyle, A&P’s executive vice president of merchandising, marketing, supply and logistics, has resigned from the company, a company spokeswoman told SN.

MONTVALE, N.J. — Tom O’Boyle, A&P’s executive vice president of merchandising, marketing, supply and logistics, has resigned from the company, a company spokeswoman told SN.

O’Boyle joined A&P in August of 2010. Prior to joining A&P, he was president of food and drug for Sears and prior to that held executive positions at Albertsons, Jewel and American Stores.

Mike Mills, senior vice president of merchandising, and Ajay Kanwar, vice president of marketing, have assumed O’Boyle’s responsibilities, the spokeswoman said.
