PORTLAND, Ore. — New Seasons Market here said Monday it has hired its first chief administrative officer and its first private-brand development manager.

Michelle LantowMichelle Lantow (right), the new chief administrative officer, previously was chief financial officer at restaurant chain McCormick and Schmick’s and also was previously CFO and then president at Lucy Activewear.

Chris TjerslandChris Tjersland (left) was managing partner at Ultimate Source Northwest and director of business development at sales and marketing agency Co-Sales Northwest. He will be focused on developing the New Seasons private label.

“With Michelle we have found a gifted systems development, implementation and management leader who will help us increase our support structures,” said Lisa Sedlar, chief executive officer, New Seasons, in a statement. “With Chris we have found an experienced and innovative product-development specialist who can help us continue creating locally sourced, high-quality, house-branded products that offer our customers a great value.”
