No Frills to Acquire Kaiman's Supermarket

OMAHA, Neb. -- No Frill Supermarkets here said yesterday that it has agreed to acquire Kaiman's Supermarket, an 85-year-old store in Glenwood, Iowa.

OMAHA, Neb. -- No Frill Supermarkets here said yesterday that it has agreed to acquire Kaiman‘s Supermarket, an 85-year-old store in Glenwood, Iowa. The company plans to relocate the acquired store to a larger site in the same town after one to two years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. No Frill operates 16 supermarkets in Nebraska and Iowa.
