NRF's Future Store Exhibit Will Feature Green Theme

WASHINGTON - The 11,000-square-foot "Store of the Future" exhibit at the National Retail Federation's 96th Annual Convention next month will feature an environmentally friendly theme, the NRF announced last week.

WASHINGTON - The 11,000-square-foot “Store of the Future” exhibit at the National Retail Federation‘s 96th Annual Convention next month will feature an environmentally friendly theme, the NRF announced last week. The exhibit, called X07, will demonstrate futuristic design and technology elements such as cell phone interaction technology, light displays, floating sound and theatre systems, digital and wireless floor video displays, and RFID payment and self-checkout kiosks. NRF‘s Annual Convention will be held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, Jan. 14-17, 2007.
