FINDLAY, Ohio -- Publix Super Markets was the top supermarket finisher in the RealPeopleRatings.com “Best of 2006” customer perception survey conducted by Corporate Research International here. Kroger and Safeway finished second and third, respectively, followed by Albertsons, Winn-Dixie, Supervalu and Aldi. "The customers who use a company's services on a regular basis are the best sources for providing accurate feedback," said Mike Mallett, chief executive officer of Corporate Research International, in a statement. "These results are a huge help for companies who want to know how they're being perceived by their customers, and who want to find better ways to serve their customers and stay ahead of their competition.”
