CHICAGO — Roundy’s Supermarkets is close to signing a lease to build a 60,000-square-foot upscale supermarket in Chicago’s West Loop, published reports said. The store, which would be a part of Roundy’s previously announced plans to expand into Chicago with 10 to 12 stores, would anchor a $100 million mixed-use development at Madison and Halsted streets, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.
