Whole Foods Moves Into Wild Oats HQ

Whole Foods is planning to relocate its Rocky Mountain regional headquarters from Thornton, Colo., to Wild Oats’ headquarters in Boulder, according to reports last week.

BOULDER, Colo. — Whole Foods is planning to relocate its Rocky Mountain regional headquarters from Thornton, Colo., to Wild Oats’ headquarters here, according to reports last week. A Wild Oats spokeswoman had previously told SN that Whole Foods was considering such a move, provided it could find additional tenants for the extra space in the building. Several Wild Oats employees are being hired by Whole Foods as part of the move, the reports said, while others are being encouraged to apply for jobs at other Whole Foods offices following the merger of the two chains in August.
