BOULDER, Colo. -- Robert Dimond, chief financial officer, Wild Oats Markets, has resigned to rejoin Nash Finch, the company's chairman told SN.

BOULDER, Colo. -- Robert Dimond, chief financial officer, Wild Oats Markets, has resigned to rejoin Nash Finch, the company's chairman told SN. Gregory Mays, the company's chairman and acting chief executive officer, will oversee the chain's finance and accounting departments until a successor is named. Mays is the former CFO of Ralphs Grocery Co., Los Angeles. Perry Odak, Wild Oats' former CEO, also recently stepped down. Dimond had joined Wild Oats in May of 2005 after previous stints as CFO at Penn Traffic and Nash Finch.
