BARRINGTON, Ill. -- Consulting firm Willard Bishop will expand its retail client business, and strengthen work in pricing strategy and other areas as the result of a company restructuring. Jim Hertel, Paul Weitzel and three company partners will now manage the firm. Bill Bishop, formerly president, has been named chairman. “The partners are now responsible for driving the growth of the business,” Bishop said. “I‘m not leaving, but I‘ve taken more of a steering role." The restructuring will enable the company to expand the number of retail clients and channels it serves, he said. “We‘re already active in supermarket and convenience, but we‘d like to do more work in drug and dollar.” -- Carol Angrisani
