JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Stock in Winn-Dixie Stores here increased by 7.23% on Monday, marking the second straight trading day of gains of more than $1. Winn-Dixie stock climbed from $13.80 to $15.08 on Friday, and closed Monday at $16.17, giving the company a market value of $1.1 billion. The company is expected to report quarterly sales and earnings results soon, its first such reports since emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
