JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Winn-Dixie Stores will receive about $19 million from the Internal Revenue Service as part of a preliminary agreement the parties reached in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, a published report said Thursday. The payment is the first step toward resolving about 20 claims between the IRS and the retailer, the Jacksonville Business Journal said.
