Wegmans, Shaw's and Acme Markets are among the retailers involved in a voluntary store brand bottled spring water recall.

The recall was prompted by concerns that one of Niagara Bottling’s spring sources was contaminated with E. coli. Niagara said it has not received any complaints of injury or illness.

Niagara Bottling issued a voluntary recall for all spring water products produced at its Hamburg, Pa., and Allentown, Pa., facilities from 3 a.m. EDT June 10 to 8 p.m. EDT June 18.

At Wegmans, the recall is limited to Wegmans Food You Feel Good About spring water, 16.9 ounces, sold individually or in multi-packs; at Shaw’s, Shaw’s Natural Spring Water, 8-ounce/12-packs, and 16.9-ounce 24- and 35-packs; and at Acme, Acme Natural Spring Water, 16.9-ounce individual bottles and 24-packs.

Big Y, 7-Eleven, ShopRite and Ahold are also affected, according to Niagara Bottling.
