Gastromé Market, a gourmet grocery featuring wines, cheeses and handcrafted items from local purveyors, opened its doors Saturday in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The 5,000-square-foot store is located at 7704 E Doubletree Ranch Road, Unit 140, in Scottsdale’s Gainey Ranch, and features a wide variety of high-end offerings for food-and-wine lovers. A restaurant area led by Chef Christopher Brugman will open in October, Gastromé Market posted on Instagram.

“This has been a true labor of love for us, and we can’t wait to get the doors open and meet the community,” said Jenny Le, who co-owns Gastromé Market alongside partner Tiffany Chavez, in a statement. “We’ve worked hard to create an inclusive environment where you can feel free to ask whatever you want—you won’t find any stuffiness or intimidation here.”

The store features indoor seating and, coming this fall, an outdoor patio. A 15-foot, temperature-controlled wine eurocave, as well as a three-case cheese island, are just a few of the specialty gourmet offerings of the store.

A bakery corner filled with international and local pastries and grab-and-go deli counter with items made daily for lunch or dinner will also be offered at the store, Gastromé Market said.  In addition to the store itself, Gastromé Market will host classes and instructional seminars on everything from how to pair food and wine to how to build the best charcuterie board.
