SALT LAKE CITY — Park City Group, Park City, Utah, has announced that Associated Retail Stores has selected Park City Group’s Consumer Driven Sales Optimization platform to capture, manage, analyze and share data with its suppliers.

Associated Retail Stores represents 22 corporate stores operated by wholesaler Associated Food Stores here under four banners: Macey’s, Dan’s, Lin’s and Dick’s Markets.

“In demonstrating its unique software-as-a-service solution, Park City Group positioned its CDSO and, more specifically, its Scan Based Trading platform as a means to align our wholesaler/grocer operations with the interests of our supplier community,” said Associated Retail Stores President Dave Wirthlin. "As a result, we look forward to reducing working capital through improved inventory management while enhancing shelf execution and increasing sales with end consumers.”
