To engage customers and encourage savings post-holiday season, Chandler, Ariz.-based Bashas' Family of Stores has launched its second annual Stretch Your Dollar rotisserie chicken challenge, inspiring families to create three meals from a single Bashas’ rotisserie chicken.

Arizona residents are invited to submit three original recipes with photos on the company’s website from now until Jan. 21. A panel of culinary experts—including Johnny Basha, Bashas’ Deli Department Director Mona Gonzales and Bashas’ public relations team—will judge the entries on recipe creativity and easiness to prepare.

The retailer will announce a winner via Facebook on Jan 24. The most creative entrant will receive a $500 gift card and one rotisserie chicken per month throughout 2018, and will also be featured on Bashas’ social media channels.

Bashas’ Family of Stores operates more than 100 grocery stores under the banners Food City, AJ’s Fine Foods, Eddie’s Country Store and both Bashas’ and Bashas’ Dine supermarkets.
