Meijer Ranks Among Top 50 Most Engaged Workplaces

Meijer’s demonstrated leadership and innovation in engaging its workforce has enabled it to earn a spot for the second year in a row on Achievers’ 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America.

Applicants were evaluated on its eight elements of employee engagement: communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Meijer operates 240 supercenters and grocery stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Wisconsin.
