While some studies show that about 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by mid-February, Natural Grocers aims to help its shoppers change that statistic when it comes to setting and sticking with dietary goals.

For the third year, Natural Grocers’ nutritional health coaches present Keto Reset, a four-week class series based on Mark Sisson’s New York Times best-selling book, "The Keto Reset Diet." The series will teach participants best practices for kick-starting their metabolism and experiencing other benefits the ketogenic diet supports, including healthy weight maintenance, enhanced mental clarity and focus and healthy energy levels.

This year the reset goes completely virtual with free classes, discounts, gifts, giveaways and more. The two-part program will take place from Jan. 20 to Feb. 16.

The Lakewood, Colo.-based grocer’s program includes weekly instructional classes designed to introduce customers to the keto diet, and to guide and support them as they embark on their journey, the company said. Customers will learn about the keto diet as it relates to blood sugar, as well as meal planning, hacks and how to incorporate the diet into a healthful lifestyle.

Led by Natural Grocer’s nutritional health coaches, classes will be held virtually on Wednesdays on the grocer’s YouTube channel and will be followed by a Q&A session. Topics include Introducing the Metabolism Reset and Keto Diet; Adapting to a Keto-Friendly Lifestyle; Launching into Keto; and more.

Customers can also sign up for an interactive keto community support group, hosted by local Natural Grocers nutritional health coaches.

Natural Grocers will also hold its fourth annual Resolution Reset Day event. New this year, the grocer has lengthened the program to five days (Jan. 19-23). Packed with special savings, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests and free gifts, the company said its Resolution Reset is designed to inspire, equip and help customers stay the course toward their healthiest 2021 goals.
