Publix Opens New Store in Yulee, Fla.

Lakeland, Fla.-based Publix announced the opening of its newest store at the Crossings at Wildlight Shopping Center in Yulee, Fla.

The 48,3870-square-foot store located at 76010 William Burgess Blvd. in Yulee, will offer departments for grocery, dairy, frozen food, seafood, meat and fresh produce as well as a full-service bakery, deli and pharmacy.

“We are very excited for the opening of our newest Publix location at the Crossings at Wildlight,” said Hannah Herring, Publix media relations manager. “We look forward to continuing to provide premier service and quality products to new and existing customers in this growing market.”

Publix, which tallied big sales for its fourth quarter and fiscal year, said the store will offer contactless pay options and convenient services such as grocery delivery (powered by Instacart) and pharmacy delivery.


 

Wes Hinton, VP of Wildlight, which is located just north of Jacksonville, said, “We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Publix as Wildlight’s anchor supermarket.”

“The much-anticipated opening of this exceptional store with quality products and legendary customer service is an amazing addition to Wildlight’s overall commercial offerings including a variety of restaurants and shops conveniently located within our unique community, that will greatly serve our residents and the larger Nassau County area for years to come,” Hinton adde. 

Publix is one of the country's largest employee-owned grocer, with more than 225,000 associates on its payroll.
