University of Arkansas' Walmart on Campus store is now offering grocery delivery straight to students' dorms, among other new features.
The recently remodeled 3,371-square-foot store near the retailer's hometown of Bentonville, Ark., includes self-checkout, Walmart pickup lockers, mobile express pharmacy with free prescription delivery and a wider assortment of groceries, including fresh sandwiches.

Store Manager Randy Sterling said the new self-checkout feature and Walmart Pickup locker system will "reduce the in-store wait time for students who have placed orders online and are coming to pick up those items."
To order groceries, students can go to walmart.com or use the Walmart Grocery mobile app to create a shopping list and choose a delivery time. Personal grocery shoppers select each item and the order is delivered to the student's campus housing within a one-hour time slot.
