Fresh Thyme’s Rick Findlay Installed as IDDBA Chairman

Rick Findlay, VP of fresh for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, has been elected to lead the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association's (IDDBA) board as its new chairman for the 2018-2019 term. Findlay has served on the Madison, Wis.-based association's board since 2012 and has been involved in many committees.

IDDBA’s other key officers for 2018-2019 are: Executive Vice Chairman Gaetano Auricchio, EVP of BelGioioso Cheese Inc.; Vice Chairman Dotty VanderMolen, Midwest director of fresh for Advantage Fresh; and Treasurer Dominique Delugeau, SVP of specialty cheese, deli and marketing for Saputo Specialty Cheese.

Other industry leaders elected to serve three-year terms on IDDBA’s board are: Darryl Bacon, Casey’s General Stores Inc.; Jody Barrick, Supervalu Inc.; Josh Bickford, Clyde’s Donuts; Eric LeBlanc, Tyson Foods Inc.; Christian Lewis, Hubert Co.; Michelle Lieszkovszky, Butterball LLC; and Tammy Kampsula, Giant Eagle Inc.

Erik Waterkotte, senior director of sales for Columbus Craft Meats, will continue to serve on the board in his role as past chairman.
