What’s the best part of your job?
All of it. My Hello family, our partners, the incredible innovation we bring forward and the delightfulness it brings the consumers transacting with and, most importantly, joining our brand. I love working for a company that respects and invites creativity and a unique voice, especially that of the next generation.
What inspires your leadership approach?
The way in which I’ve been guided in the most impactful way has always been through structure with an empathetic approach, and that’s what has inspired me in my early days of leadership. I strive to maintain motivation and determination with a task at hand and enjoy the ability to creatively get from point A to point B with the skills that I have. That’s how I hope to lead in the future.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
The lasting connections I’ve made. I’ve had the opportunity to truly grow and develop in this industry and I’ve been honored to take part in the representation of a generation that’s new and hungry to do and learn more. I cherish the relationships I’ve made in my four years of industry events and all of the amazing people that have taken the time and energy to guide me in the upward direction. I also appreciate the support I’ve received from the amazing female leaders and the platform I’ve been given to lead the next generation of women in advancing wellness in this industry (shoutout WE!). I recognize many industry folks as mentors of mine and will take all of the learnings I’ve absorbed with me in my future career development
