Barilla announced the newest addition to its chickpea pasta line: Orzo. Made with a single ingredient and no additives such as xanthan gum, the short-cut pasta includes 19 grams of plant-based protein per 3.5-ounce serving and is certified gluten-free. The rice-shaped pasta is available for an SRP of $3.49.
