MIAMI — Burger King debuted new menu items, including a turkey burger and loaded tater tots, on its website that signal a shift to more upscale offerings.

The fire-grilled turkey burger comes with lettuce, tomato and red onions on an artisan-style bun, and contains 530 calories.

The loaded tater tots are filled with bacon and cheese and will be sold in servings of eight, 10 and 12 pieces.

The chain also unveiled a Chipotle Tendercrisp Chicken sandwich and wrap, bacon cheddar stuffed burger, Chipotle Whopper, a new veggie burger with red onions and a pina colada smoothie.

The new items are available at participating restaurants for a limited time.

Burger King rolled out smooth roast coffee and lattes earlier this month.
