Fast-growing Asian supermarket chain 99 Ranch Market has opened the doors on it first East Coast location, a 60,000-square-foot store in Edison, N.J. The store, a former Pathmark, carries product imported from China, India and other Asian countries, and has an extensive prepared-foods offering, food court and in-store bakery. Two additional 99 Ranch locations are planned for New Jersey this year — one in Jersey City and another in Hackensack.
