Android App Available at Hy-Vee

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Hy-Vee Food Stores has introduced the Hy-Vee App.

Available for Android smartphone users, the app features weekly ads, a product locator, a customized shopping list, online shopping for catering, floral and bakery items, recipes, gift card balance checks and coupons delivered via text message.

The produce locator is customized by store. Users can find the product they want simply by speaking the product name into the phone.

“It’s like having one of Hy-Vee’s friendly employees assist you with your shopping,” according to Hy-Vee promotional materials.
