MODESTO, Calif. — Save Mart Supermarkets here launched a "Victory Lane Collect and Win" consumer game Wednesday, offering over $18 million in prizes, including the chance to win $1 million in cash.

The company said the game is designed to heighten interest in the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on June 26 and to call attention to the product suppliers at the stores and the raceway where the event will be held.

The game offers entrants three ways to win: either play the Collect and Win board game at the stores for prizes worth over $18 million; play online with the chance to win over $530,000 in prizes; or enter through the mail for a chance to win a $500 shopping spree.

In addition to offering prize possibilities, each game piece provides a free or cents-off coupon for game-sponsor products, redeemable at Save Mart, S-Mart Foods or Lucky stores. The game is scheduled to run through June 28.
