Sobeys Launches Blog to Promote Compliments Label
Sobeys has launched "Countertop Buzz," a blog showcasing recipes and food tips co-written by a pair of noted chefs using Sobeys' Compliments brand private-label items. The blog, linked through Sobeys' website or at countertopbuzz.trapeze.com, is co-written by Ryan Shelton of the Sobeys culinary center here and by James Smith, of the Compliments Culinary Centre at George Brown Chef School in Toronto. Both authors have appeared on television cooking shows in Canada.
