NEW YORK -- Two regional grocery trade groups -- the Rocky Mountain Food Dealers and Gulf Coast Grocery associations -- have named new executive leaders.

Star Market, Hudson, Colo., who has completed his second two-year term as president.

Todd is president of Toddy's, Greeley, Colo.

Other new officers in the Rocky Mountain association are Mike Parker, general manager of Decker's Food Centers, Gilette, Wyo., vice president; J.R. Walker, owner of Limon Super Foods, Limon, Colo., secretary, and Mac McDowell, owner of Jack and Jill Food Markets, Wheatland, Wyo., treasurer.

In Houston, Joe Williams has been named executive director of the Gulf Coast Grocery Association, which was formerly known as the Retail Grocers Association of Houston.

Williams previously was a vice president, sales and marketing, at Bob's Texas Style Chips.
