Bellwether Roaster

The Bellwether Roaster is an electric, ventless, smokeless, automated and self-contained coffee roasting machine. The size of a standard refrigerator and housed on wheels, the Bellwether Roaster can live anywhere on-site. It requires no construction, ventilation, gas lines or permitting to operate. The machine can roast 200 pounds of coffee a day without adding extra labor costs, the company says.
