ConTech Lighting Adds to LED TapeLight Family
January 1, 2018
ConTech Lighting has introduced several new additions to its successful LED Tapelight Family including new color temperatures and extrusions. New to the family is the 3500K color temperature in the super high output and the 2700K and 3500K in the high output line, as well as two new mounting channel options: round and double wide. The Tapelight Family was introduced in 2012 and has continued making additions to the line each year. LED Tapelight is an excellent way to add accent and task lighting to any project, say company officials. It is available in Standard Output, High Output, Super High Output and RGB, in addition to a Wet Location Tapelight that can be used in outdoor settings. Since performance is not always a simple measurement of light output and efficacy, ConTech created a product that allows for design flexibility in order to provide significant value to the lighting specifier. The design of ConTech Lighting’s flexible LED Tapelight offers not only a plug-and-play connection system that is incredibly convenient for installation, but also the ability to be field cut and re-used without the need for soldering or crimping. This low profile system offers a sustainable lighting solution that features even light uniformity, color consistency and simple installation. Standard Output Tapelight is available in 3000K, 4000K, 6500K, along with individual colors. The High and Super High Output series are now available in five color temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 6500K; Super High Output is also available in individual static colors. One of the newest additions to ConTech’s Tapelight Family, the IP65 rated, wet location Tapelight. With this new version, areas of interest and changes in elevation can be highlighted, and even provide general illumination to outdoor areas. The tape is available in 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, RGB and individual colors. Along with the round and double wide mounting channels, ConTech’s Tapelight also offers a standard, recessed and angled mounting channel. For added protection of the LEDs, as well as subtle diffusion and glare control, a clear or frosted lens may be used with any mounting option.
