Tambrands Names President, CEO

Fogarty will leave his post as president, USA/Canada/Puerto Rico for Colgate-Palmolive Co., New York, and will assume his new position May 31.
At Tambrands, Fogarty succeeds Martin Emmett, the company's former chairman and chief executive officer, who was ousted last June.
Colgate, in turn, has named Lois Juliber to succeed Fogarty.
