Glaeser in Eskimo Pie Sales Post

Corp. here has named Neal D. Glaeser general manager of sales.

Glaeser was general manager of Eskimo Pie's flavors and ingredients. In his new post, he will oversee the sale of Eskimo Pie and other licensed products. In addition, his responsibilities will include supervising Eskimo Pie divisional and regional managers.

He succeeds Larry Hable, who left the company. Glaeser will report to David Clark, Eskimo's president and chief executive officer.

Luigino's Names 3 Sales VPs DULUTH, Minn. -- Luigino's here has restructured its domestic sales organization into three divisions and has promoted three veteran sales management executives to head those divisions.

Wayne Castay, based in Atlanta, is vice president of sales, Eastern division. Castay joined Luigino's in 1991 as Southeast zone manager and has been Eastern division vice president of sales since 1993.

Ron Scheuenan, based in Dallas, is vice president of sales, Central division. He had served as Southern zone sales manager since joining the company when it was formed in 1990.

Dan Howard is vice president of sales, Western division, based in Denver. He had been Western zone sales manager since joining Luigino's in 1992.

All three vice presidents will report to Michael Raiola, executive vice president of sales.

United Refrigerated Taps Smith ATLANTA -- Thomas M. Smith has been appointed chief operating officer of United Refrigerated Services here, a new position.

Smith was previously vice president of United's West Coast division. He has 30 years experience in the food industry, leaving from Ore-Ida Foods in 1992 after 20 years there.

As chief operating officer, Smith will handle United's day-to-day operations and all executive-level personnel will report directly to him. Smith will report to Maury Klumok, chief executive officer.

Lakeside Names Two Managers MANITOWOC, Wis. -- Robert K. Popple and Mark Leibham have been named frozen food sales managers at Lakeside Foods here. Both positions are new.

Popple has worked in frozen food sales since joining the company in 1990. Leibham, with Lakeside since 1983, has worked both in canned sales and frozens.
