Foodtown Celebrates Four Grand Openings

ISELIN, N.J. - Foodtown, Inc. has just announced that they will be celebrating the Grand Opening of 4 locations in New York on April 1, 2011. Foodtown of Williamsburg, owned by Nasri Abed, will be opening its doors for the first time on Friday at 7:00AM. The new store is located on 159 North 3rd Street in Brooklyn, New York. Foodtown of Bainbridge, is celebrating its Grand Re-Opening after it burned down during a devastating fire in 2009. The store is owned and operated by  Sydney, Daniel and Noah Katz, who were committed to rebuilding the store.

 

Two Mauricio's Marketplace locations will also be celebrating their Grand Openings on Friday. Mauricio's Marketplace is a new licensee of the Foodtown Co-op in the metro area. One of the Mauricio's Marketplace locations is 235 E. 106th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The location of the second Mauricio's Marketplace is 2076 First Avenue between 107th and 108th Streets. Both are owned and operated by Mauricio Fernandez.

 

All four locations, Foodtown of Williamsburg, Foodtown of Bainbridge, Mauricio's Marketplace of First Avenue and Mauricio's Marketplace of E. 106th Street, will begin their Grand Opening Celebrations on Friday, April 1st.
