NEW YORK — Urban Market, a new format created by Key Food Stores Cooperative members Colin Xie and Jason Chung, opened this month in Brooklyn's hip Williamsburg neighborhood. Compact and stylish, it was designed to combine gourmet offerings with a full-shop experience at Key Food prices. Officials say the format could be expanded to additional locations in the city.
