MADISON, Wis. -- The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association here has named Michael Gordy president of its board of directors for 1994-95.

o is executive vice president of operations for Sargento Cheese Co., Plymouth, Wis., has been a member of the board of directors for eight years.

Each year, every officer of the board of directors moves up to the next position.

Other appointments to the board are executive vice president, Charlie Goodstein, group product manager for Keebler Co., Elmhurst, Ill.; first vice president, Dennis Lanning, president of the bakery/deli division of Rich Products, Buffalo, N.Y.; second vice president, Robert P. Gilbert, president and chief executive officer of Kaukauna Cheese Co., Kaukauna, Wis., and treasurer, Ed Meyer, director of deli, seafood and carry-out for Schnuck Markets, St. Louis.

The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association represents nearly 1,000 member companies.
