KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Food Barn Stores has emerged from bankruptcy with the confirmation by Judge Frank W. Koger of the company's plan for liquidation and distribution of assets.creditors was estimated at 21 cents on the dollar.The first payment is expected in September. Food Barn filed bankruptcy in January 1993.
