Keller and Heckman LLP will host Defending Your Supply Chain: The Case of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Seminar on Sept. 24 at the Cornell Club in New York City. The seminar will feature a panel of experts, including industry leaders, consultants, scientists, lawyers, professors, a distributor and a producer, who will review the latest science, standards, legal developments, testing methodologies and profit opportunities—particularly in light of new authenticity testing. Retailers, distributors, manufacturers, processors, growers, restaurateurs, chefs and anyone engaged in the olive oil industry are welcome to attended. A complimentary networking breakfast from 8-9 a.m. will be available for attendees, and the seminar will run until 5:30 p.m. Continuing Legal Education credits are available, pending state approval.
