Cicero Avenue, near the corner of 111th Street and Cicero Avenue, Mariano’s is one of the first retailers to open in the new Oak Lawn Stony Creek Promenade development. For a limited time, Mariano’s Oak Lawn will offer an open-air farmer’s market with a wide variety of field-fresh produce, much of which is supplied by local farmers. “Mariano’s makes it a priority to be an extension of the community,” says Bob Mariano, chairman and CEO of Roundy’s. “I think our shoppers will love the fresh produce from local farmers available at our open-air market, along with other signature Mariano’s experiences like Todds BBQ and, of course, our expansive conventional grocery assortment. We’re focused on delivering an excellent one-stop shopping experience.” Mariano’s Oak Lawn will offer the following:

  • Vero authentic Italian coffee and gelato shop features premium coffees fresh-roasted locally and homemade gelato

  • Todds BBQ offers daily smoked brisket, ribs, sausage and more – with a variety of sauces to fit your taste

  • Seafood features the freshest premium items, many brought from shore to store within 24 hours

  • Floral department showcases more than 30 varieties of cut flower bunches and unique, recipe-specific bouquets plus floral arrangements from in-house designers

  • Full-service pharmacy with friendly and accessible pharmacists, immunization services, the Mariano’s Prescription Savings Club and the unique PharmaSmart Blood Pressure machine

In celebration of the new Mariano’s Oak Lawn location, the Roundy’s Foundation will make donations to three organizations as part of its ongoing commitment to the communities it serves. Recipients include the non-profit organization Park Lawn charity, which serves and cares for people with developmental disabilities, the Food Pantry of Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ, and the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, a four-year magnet school which enrolls students from across the city and integrates academic and agricultural programs. Mariano’s Oak Lawn is open seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are currently 27 Mariano’s locations across Chicagoland.
