BRAINTREE, Mass. -- The New England Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association here is planning an expanded two-day seminar program as part of its Trade Show and Seminar slated for April 18 to 19, 1995.

The show in previous years had been held at the Bay Expo Center in Boston. "The move also is in step with NEDDA's five-year, strategic plan to broaden the scope of the show to a conference format with educational programs and networking opportunities," said Andrea Walker, NEDDA executive director.

"In keeping with a conference format, we'll have a keynote speaker for the first time to kick off the two-day program of events," Walker added.

Also for the first time, the show will include a best booth contest and hourly demos on the show floor.
