Seven executives were elected to the board: Neil M. Golub, president and CEO, Price Chopper Supermarkets, Schenectady, N.Y.; Raymond Burgo, president and chief operating officer, Giant Eagle, Pittsburgh; Larry Johnston, chairman and CEO, Albertson's, Boise, Idaho; Bill McCanless, CEO, Delhaize America, Salisbury, N.C.; George E. Prescott, owner and CEO, Prescott's Supermarkets, West Bend, Wis.; Pat Raybould, president, B&R Stores, Lincoln, Neb.; and Steven C. Smith, president and CEO, K-VA-T Food Stores, Abingdon, Va.

Gregory B. Calhoun, president and CEO, Calhoun Enterprises, Montgomery, Ala., was reappointed to the board for a full three-year term, and 18 directors were re-elected.
